  • At Lifted Living, we offer the following cleaning services:

    • Deluxe Clean (Deep Clean): Our most thorough option, designed to tackle every nook and cranny, leaving your home sparkling. Ideal for a one-time deep clean or your first visit.

    • Classic Clean (Recurring Service): A more frequent, lighter cleaning for maintaining a tidy home. We recommend this for ongoing service after the initial Deluxe Clean.

    • Move-In/Move-Out Clean: Whether you’re settling into a new home or leaving one behind, we’ll handle the cleaning with care.

    • Airbnb Clean: Specialized cleaning for Airbnb properties, ensuring your space is sparkling and guest-ready.

  • Hourly Services:

    • Deluxe Clean: $55 per hour per cleaner. (e.g., $110/hr for 2 cleaners, $165/hr for 3 cleaners). A quote will be provided based on the size and scope of the job, with a "not to exceed" amount.

    • Move-In/Move-Out Clean: $55 per hour per cleaner, based on the size of the space. A quote will be given for the estimated hours required, with a “not to exceed” amount.

    Flat Rate Services:

    • Classic Clean: The rate for recurring services is established after the initial Deluxe Clean, based on the size of the home and cleaning frequency.

    • Airbnb Clean: Pricing is based on the size of the home and the cleaning schedule. A flat rate is established after the initial clean.

    Discounted Packages: We offer 6- and 12-month paid-in-full packages at a discounted rate.

  • To receive a quote, simply call, text, or email us, or fill out the booking form on our website. We’ll get back to you promptly with a tailored quote for your home.

  • We kindly ask that you sign our service agreement to acknowledge our terms and help ensure clear communication throughout our services. There’s no long-term commitment required

  • We accept cash, checks made payable to Lifted Living LLC, Venmo, and credit cards. Please note that Venmo and credit card payments incur an additional 3% processing fee.

  • Yes, we do. This ensures we can securely charge any agreed-upon fees. Your credit card information will be safely stored and never used without your prior acknowledgment.

  • Tipping is not required, but always appreciated! If you feel our team exceeded your expectations, you can leave a cash tip or add it to your online payment through the “Tips” section of your invoice. All tips go directly to our dedicated team.

Services + Pricing

  • To schedule an appointment, we require a $100 deposit, which will be applied to your initial appointment. You can contact us directly by phone, text, or email to book your first appointment.

    For your initial Deluxe Clean, we begin at 9:00 AM, as it typically requires a full day of work. For recurring Classic Cleans, you can choose between these time slots:

    • Morning: 9:00 AM

    • Afternoon: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM arrival window

    Recurring service day + time preferences can be selected when filling out the Client + Property Form before your first appointment. You’ll always receive appointment confirmation and reminders, plus a 30-minute notice before we arrive. 

  • Yes, we offer flexible scheduling. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice for any changes. For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, a half-service fee applies.

  • We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you’ll be charged half the service fee. If our team arrives and is unable to enter your home, the full service fee will be charged.

  • It’s entirely up to you. We’re happy to work around you if you’re home during the cleaning, or we can arrange secure access if you won’t be there. When filling out the Client + Property Form before your initial visit, you can provide entry details, such as key pad instructions, a garage code, or arrangements for us to have a key. Any keys entrusted to us will be securely stored and can be returned to you at any time.

Scheduling + Appointments

  • You can find detailed checklists for each of our services on their respective service pages.

  • For Deluxe Cleans, we’ll provide a ballpark estimate of the hours needed based on the size and scope of your home. After the initial clean, we’ll determine an average amount of time your recurring Classic Cleans will take during each visit.

  • Yes! We are happy to tailor our services to meet your specific needs. Just let us know your preferences when filling out the Client + Property Form, and we'll ensure your cleaning is personalized accordingly.

  • Absolutely! We schedule each day’s clients based on the time required for their regular cleanings. If you’d like to add extra services, such as fridge or oven cleaning, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to ensure we can accommodate your request. Please note that these additional services may incur an extra fee.

  • Every product we use is eco-friendly and non-toxic, ensuring they’re safe for families, pets, and the environment. We are committed to sustainability in every choice we make. This includes using natural, eco-friendly tools, minimizing plastic waste by sourcing products from sustainable companies with refill methods, and adhering to reduce, reuse, and recycle principles whenever possible.

  • Yes, we come fully equipped with everything we’ll need to make your home sparkle, including all eco-friendly cleaning supplies and a HEPA filtration system vacuum.

Cleaning Process

  • Yes, all of our cleaners are fully insured and bonded, providing you with peace of mind during every visit.

  • Yes, we conduct background checks on all team members and ensure they are properly trained and adhere to our high standards of professionalism.

  • Yes! We believe in building a relationship with you. Your designated cleaner will get to know your home intimately, including your pets, the areas needing extra attention, and your preferred cleaning routine—so every visit is personal and consistent.

  • Yes, we love pets! If you have pets, just let us know in the Client + Property Form, and we will be happy to accommodate their needs during your appointment. We ask that pets be safely contained while we work.

  • The safety of our cleaners is a top priority. To protect their well-being, our team members do not climb ladders higher than 30 inches, move furniture weighing more than 20 lbs, or handle hazardous materials, such as feces. These guidelines help us maintain a safe and respectful working environment.

Cleaners + Staff

  • We treat each home with the utmost care and respect, but we understand that accidents can happen. If something is broken or damaged during our cleaning service, we will notify you immediately. Our staff will complete a property damage form, and we will put a plan in place to replace or repair the damaged item. All our staff are covered by liability insurance in case of unexpected situations like these.

  • At Lifted Living, we are committed to delivering excellence in both cleaning and customer service. This is our Sparkle Guarantee! If you’re ever less than 100% satisfied with our service, please contact our office right away, and we’ll take immediate action to make it right and ensure your complete satisfaction.

  • The safety of our Cleaning Consultants is our top priority. If your appointment is impacted by severe weather, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the cancellation and reschedule your cleaning for the next available time, as close to the original appointment date as possible.
